2. What shipping options are available? We provide these options to U.S. addresses:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our bestseller!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and can vary due to holidays, location, or carrier delays. Free shipping may depend on order value or promo codes.

3. How long will it take to get my order? Orders typically process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We email a tracking number right when your package heads out – so you can plan your NYE setup!

4. Do you ship internationally? Right now, we only ship within the United States. We’re excited to expand soon – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll send a replacement or refund (including shipping costs if it’s our mistake). 6. Are your decorations durable and safe? Yes! We choose quality materials that are sturdy for reuse (many items are reusable year after year). Lights are UL-listed or safety-certified where applicable, and everything is designed for easy, safe setup. Always follow included instructions, especially with electrical items.

7. How do I store or care for my decorations? Most items pack flat or deflate easily for storage. Lights should be rolled gently (not tightly twisted) and stored in a cool, dry place. Balloons and inflatables can be deflated and saved for next year. Wipe non-electrical pieces with a soft cloth if needed.
